  We make returns simple!  Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. You can return an unused item purchased from our store within 30 days of receipt for a full refund if the following conditions are met.   To return or exchange an item, follow these simple steps:

2. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition including the original packaging, all accessories, components and any markings / labeling directly on the item. We scan every item purchased before it is shipped and store the serial number with your invoice. If the serial numbers do not match or the serial number has been tampered with, then no refund will be issued.
3. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the item is defective (and it is determined to be a factory defect) or shipped due to our error. Industrial Imaging Products will refund your return shipping cost at that time.
